How do I book a makeup appointment?
Pick a service on the Services page, then click "Book" to choose your slot and location — you'll get a WhatsApp confirmation. Or simply message us directly on WhatsApp.
Do you travel to homes or hotels?
Yes — service is available at the studio (Diraz), your home, or a hotel. A travel fee may apply outside the standard service area.
How far in advance should I book a bridal?
We recommend booking months ahead to secure your date, especially in wedding season. Bridal bookings are confirmed with a deposit and require 72-hour cancellation notice (see Refund Policy).
Are the courses certified?
Yes. Zainab is an internationally accredited trainer (Bahrain Ministry of Social Development + ES.Vichy, France), and a certificate of completion is awarded with every course.
What's the difference between online and in-person courses?
In-person courses are hands-on at the studio. Online comes in two forms: recorded (learn at your own pace with lifetime access) and live (interactive real-time sessions). Browse Courses and use the filters.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes — a certificate of completion is issued once you meet the course requirements (lessons watched, assignments completed where applicable).
What is your refund policy?

Which languages do you teach in?
Arabic and English — whichever you're most comfortable with.
Do you respect privacy for hijab and bridal clients?
Absolutely. No material is captured or published without written consent, and assistants' phones are not allowed in closed preparation rooms (see Disclaimer).
