- All bookings and purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise specified.
- Confirmation of payment establishes a binding contract for the specific service or product.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Course Access & Anti-Piracy
Course access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Our learning platform is equipped with IP-address tracking. Simultaneous logins from multiple, geographically distant devices, or any sharing of login credentials, recordings, or downloads, will result in automatic suspension of the account without refund. Distributing or reselling course content is a copyright violation pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
6. Service Provision
- Makeup services are delivered at the agreed location (studio in Bahrain, client's home, or hotel). Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.
- Clients must disclose any health or skin conditions — see our Disclaimer (covers contagious conditions, force majeure, and privacy).
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom.
